What a great baptism it was!  It was a beautiful program.  Caden sang his song so well.  He was very nervous about doing it, he was crying a little just before.  But he got up and did an amazing job for his brother!  Aunt Julie gave a nice talk on baptism and his teacher Sis. Peterson gave a talk on the Holy Ghost.  The slide show that Steve and Aunt Julie helped put together was beautiful.  It was a truly memorable day.  Sunday turned out to be the icing on the cake!  As we were all getting ready for church we got a wonderful surprise.  We always see lots of Hot Air Balloons around us since they use the grass park just 2 blocks away and the park just down the road.  So, it was not unusual to hear the kids say that one was nearby.  But Caden said, I've never seen one so close before.  So we looked outside the window and right above the house across the street was a hot air balloon.  They were trying to land in the grass park but couldn't quite make it.  They made it over the house, ran through a tree, and with me afraid they were going to land on OUR house they landed on the street right next to our house!  It was so amazing!  I took tons of pictures.  They actually walked the basket into our cul de sac.  How neat is it that a hot air balloon landed on our street in front of our house!  The owner even let all the boys get in the basket and showed them how things worked.  They were so excited!  Of all the kids who had come to see, only ours had the privilege of being allowed inside.  It was the best way to end a great weekend.  A once in a lifetime opportunity that we were privileged to be a part of.

We recently got a new camera, so I tried out our 30x optical zoom.  The second picture is without zoom.  Pretty cool huh?!

The man in the blue is the owner/flyer, the couple in the back had just got married and were taking a ride after the ceremony.  The kids are so thrilled to be inside!

The process begins of getting the air out.  There is a guy with the rope all the way down the street pulling with all his weight to try and deflate the balloon.
